Billing payment
Why is so hard to speak to a human rep. For Sky by phone , a hate the virtual answers that do nothing to help.

Over billing
Internet not connected for months , up to last week . Why Sky has bin billing me for last 3 months when not connected . Who can help for credit

When calling Sky (like a lot of large companies these days) the start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
Are your services restricted due to a payment being missed? If so you won't get through at all.
