I am not receiving electronic receipts for the payments made, even in the sky apps, I could only view the details but unable to generate a statement that can be used as proof. Need ability to generate electronic from the app.

You can download and then print your bill in pdf format from the bills section of your Sky account. You'll need to use a mobile device in desktop mode (or use a PC).
