Can anyone help me please I am trying to send a copy of my full breakdown of my ee broadband bill from ee to sky so I can climb back credit on my account where I cancelled my terminated my ee contract now I sky broadband said, if I send an email to their sky switching credit team they will be able to refund me the money so I've emailed them the breakdown of the full bill but they are saying that it is not clear so can someone help me please as sky I'm not very helpful they are **bleep** **bleep** and now I'm getting really **bleep** off
so please can someone help me please?
