Not working the direct debit

Please, could you check my account, we did not have internet, despite being paid, and it is not showing in our account. 

Since last month my direct debit not working for some reason, I have been paying promptly all this year, only last few  months have trouble

You are talking to other customers here so are you saying that Sky hasn't taken your bill via direct debit. If so what date each month is it paid on and what shows here:
