Question about sky price

Can I please ask why is my uncle being charged 96 euro for his sky package. He is a customer for years and all sky packages at the moment are so much cheaper. Please respond.

We’re customers on here. This is predominantly a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services. Sky won't respond to you on here. We obviously can't see your uncles account so he perhaps needs to call Sky and try to negotiate a better deal.

@PhilipHannah  Discounts may have ended 

 

he would have to contact sky and negotiate a lower price in return for a new minimum term contract
