You've made a manual payment when you don't need to so your account is in credit to the amount of £45.

Picture will show after moderation.

But credit means Sky owe you.  (But without any context hard to say why - but usually because a manual payment has been made unnecessarily)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Providing it's not over £45. If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will now appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This will automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. If you want the overpayment refunded to you, you should ring Sky.

I would suggest not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky as automated payments may not be prevented.
