Email change issue

I recently changed my email on my account, but today a survey about recent engineer visit went to my old address.  I'm concerned I might miss important emails going to my old address - is there something I need to do to make sure they go to the new one? I sign in with new one etc with no issues

For reasons that are not clear it can take time for your address to actually update through Skys systems after it has been changed so in the meantime are you able to forward all emails from your old address to your new one ?
