Keep increase my bill monthly without notice and detial
I have used the broadband service of Sky for 2 years . My bill keeps consistanly charged £38 in 2024 until March 2025. However, I found my latest bill as £41 in April 2025 but I did not given any notice of charge up . While I checked in mySky , the predicted bill in next month keep increase to £50 which is unreasonable for a loyal customer. How can I reach Sky Billing team to liaise the charge. Meanwhile, I am struggling to change the another provider sky but my contract end in August 2025, where can I know the details of any potential charge if early cancellation of subscription?
Thank you for any advice in advance.

Re: Keep increase my bill monthly without notice and detial
If you have been a customer of Sky for a few years then you might have been aware that there is a annual price increase each April of which you would have been sent an email or letter about it.
If you change to another ISP before the minimum term of your contract is up then Sky will be within their rights to charge you for the remaining months.

Re: Keep increase my bill monthly without notice and detial
Sounds like the annual price increase which is usually in April. ou'll usually receive an email mentioning it either in Feb or Mar.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.
