Returned Sky equipment but still getting emails
After ending our Sky contract we returned the equipment as requested in the prepaid packaging. I dropped it off at the Post Office and have the relevant tracking information. Since then have had a number of emails and texts requesting the equipment be returned or face charges. I spoke to Sky Customer Services a couple of weeks ago about this and they confirmed the equipment had been sent back.
Looking on the returns portal on the website it states "It's in the Post" and "Thanks for posting the equipment back. We can see it's on its way back to us. Once we've got it, we'll update you here." This clearly means it has been posted back but is clearly in transit somewhere in Sky's facilities but they think it is acceptable to constantly message people about the matter.

Returns are dealt with through Unipart. It's the Unipart system updating Sky that's probably the issue.
As you have tracking proof I'll escalate your post to Sky. We have to allow at least 10 minutes before we can escalate your post to Sky so I’ll escalate it at that point and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
