Paying an outstanding bill

Hi, I am unable to send back my tv box and I owe th outstanding balance can you tell me how much I owe.

@Jennie1  We are customers here so have no access to your account, you should have recived either an em,ail or you can check your sky account online or the mysky app.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Try calling  sky to see if you can  talk to someone, we are all fellow customers on here  so that is about the  only  advice  we can give, but all check your  emails including  your  spam to see if sky have contacted you about this  that way
