I have received an email allegedly from you

I have received an email from "Sky" stating:

"Sky - Subscription Termination Notice Your Subscription has Closed at Fri, 18 Apr-2025 (Final Warning)"

Quoting a lot of account details and asking me to secure.

This seems to have originated overseas so I have ignored despite saying it is from Sky Support Team

Hopefully my subscription has not terminated??

John Todd

We're a customer Community, I'm afraid. Sky won't know who you are from your post here.

However, you're right, it's doubtless an attempt to scam you. Any link to 'secure' your Sky account will take you to a fake website, designed solely,to capture your log in credentials.

Just mark the email as spam.

@JohnTodd

The asking you to secure bit via a link is a clear sign that it is scam email designed to capture your account details so devices likes phones and tablets can be ordered via it.
