Anyone share any information please.
My debit card expired, I updated it & every month I'm getting emails saying its not been paid so ended up paying for 2 months after assuming all OK. Checked details all correct, called sky they say call bank but everything is as it should be. Money is in bank & just frustrating.

Sorry - should've said. I'd already set up the direct debit its just not being processed. Any help much appreciated.
