Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe've already provided advice regarding you cancelling your payment method.
@Daniel0210 wrote:
Cancelling your payment method will definitely not help you. Services will be restricted, late payment fees will be added, you won't be able to talk to Sky, Sky will eventually involve a debt collection agency and you can't cancel when services are restricted due to non payment.

I am afraid we don't have any other options for cancelling your contract than what we already advised.
If you would like, you can make a formal complaint following the instructions the sky.com website:

And this behaviour seems justified to you does it?
That your company can make it impossible for ME to leave and because I signed a contract many years ago then tough on me and my issues?
How can you (removed) people think this is acceptable behaviour from a multi billion pound corporation?
Its disgusting and utterly deplorable the way you conduct yourselves.
Takee to court and I'll explain all this to the judge and the papers as I've documented all this to your company but all you do is tell me to speak to you, which I am physically unable to do

You haven't said before that your mental health issues completely preclude you calling. Before it was make it difficult. If you can't call at all, you could register with Sky's Accessibility team who offer additional help for those with cognitive disorders.

Appreciate your efforts. I'll give this a go but just looks like another, "fill this out and we'll do nothing for you" form.
