Please can you look at my bill!
Its gone up again! I have been long term customer. If not lowered i will cancel and go elsewhere

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@IanM4 You'e not talking to Sky Customer services via the community, no one here can look at your bill, threats to cancel have no effect either as we are mainly customers, if you wish to disucuss a new deal you need to call Sky.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

It definitely sounds like discounts have ended. Sky will have told you the date any discount was ending when you took it out so if it has ended you’ll be paying the full undiscounted price. Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ

The best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
