I received a cancellation/transfer email of my broadband but I didn't cancel anything and didn't contact any broadband.
I am in france so I can't call sky atm, any idea of what happens?

It's appearing in my sky app as well so I don't know if it s a scam or an error from sky
Anyone with similar situation ?
