Not received refund after leaving sky and an extra payment taken

I left sky on 21 nov 2024, I was charged for another month on the 4/12/24.  On ringing sky was told the overpayment of £33:50 plus 15 days early cancellation totalling £48:02 would be made before 20/12/24.  Nothing has yet been received

A minus means it is a credit @nineropes so to get you some help with getting this refunded I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

What does your bill show now, so do you see a credit on it as it is this that can be refunded if you do.
