Return of equipment

Hi, just had a text about charging for the equipment, just to let you know it will be taken to the post office, reason it's not been sent sooner cos I've been working away

You're not telling Sky here, just other customers.

 

The returns process is taking a while so expect to be charged for non-return.  Keep that proof of posting...
