I accidentally paid money to my old sky tv account instead of my mobile account

When I called sky and spoke to them regarding this issue they informed me that they would refund my money so that I could pay it into the correct account. They also said it would be quicker to go through my bank to get the money recalled. My bank have said they cannot do that as the refund should come directly from sky. It has now been over 15 days and I have not received my refund. I am not sure what I should do now

It is up to Sky to issue the refund so can you confirm that on this account that you see the payment you made as a credit ?

Even though the account is closed what happens when you login to it ?

It says it's on credit by the amount I accidentally paid. They said they had authorised my refund though

When did you speak to Sky about this as the refund can take up to 5 working days to come through.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
