how to cancel series recording and reminders

I set series reminders and recordings but now wish to cancel them. Can they be cancelled?

You can do this via your box by going into the scheduled folder and removing the series link by highlighting the program and pressing the green button to remove the series link and if you do not want the episode recorded you then press the yellow button to delete the scheduled recording.

For reminders you can do this one of two ways, either by selecting the program and pressing the yellow button to delete it in your planner or by going to the TV guide finding the program and pressing the select button to cancel it.

I placed a once off reminder on a programme some weeks ago. The date and time of the programme passed and the reminder clock is still displayed in the Planner. When I press the yellow delete button the clock flicks off on again and looks as if it will remain in the Planner forever.
