3 of my remote controls are not working

I have multi room boxes in my house but 3 of the remotes are not working and I have changed the batteries but it still doesn't switch the box on or off

You can buy replacements from Sky accessories,  or probably more cheaply from online retailers or your local supermarket or hardware store.
