No Sky channels on my multi-room box.

I pay for Sky Multi-room, but am currently not receiving any Sky channels on my second box. The main box is receiving everything fine. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Thanks.

Do you receive any error message when trying to view affected channels?
