No oicure only sound from sky + bix works one time and not the next

My television has sound only no picture, sometimes it is fine then nextctime only sound I have a sky + box

Have you tried turning the Sky box off at the mains plug for at least 5 minutes?

@KIRRIE20 if it keeps happening, I'd suggest replacing the HDMI cable between your Sky box and your TV
