communial ariel

Im annoyed with sky,now for the past 3 days on my housing estate,i cannot get any sky channels on my telly due to the comminial ariel going wrong over here,so i let sky know ,i no its not there problem,just to say at  the moment im paying for a service i cant get,the person at the end of the phone,said to me its because you have an old sky hd box,i tried to tell her its nothing to do with that,because i know 2 people also over here that have a q box with sky ,and they also cant get nothing over it on there telly,but she wouldnt listen to me over the phone,i had to turn the phone off in the end.

Your landlord or building management company will have approved engineers that they contact.

 

Once it's fixed you could call Sky and ask if they'd be prepared to offer credit on your Sky account for the time you've been without service.

 

If you'd had your own dish and not on a communal dish set up you've have had to employ a local satellite company at your own expense.

@sweetheart4321 communal dish setups are owned and maintained by your landlord of property management company. For that reason you can't authorise Sky to investigate problems with them. You need to speak to your managing agents.

yes ive got to wait for the housing people to send an engineer out to fis it,but what annoyed me over the phone to sky ,is this person from sky kept on saying it was to do with me having a sky hd box,and i tried to explain to her that  over here at the moment a couple of people with the sky q boxs was also not getting any stations on sky,but she just wouldnt listen.
