Try performing a New Install this pair your viewing card if your box is setup for callback

You have a few choices, you can use this link:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv/card-pairing

 

Or via the MySky app:

Manage Account > TV > TV Settings > Activate.

 

Or via your Sky box:

Make sure your Sky viewing card is correctly inserted into the box.
Press Services on your Sky remote
Press 0, 0, 1, Select (setup should now be highlighted)
Scroll across to New Install
Press Select twice
