Up until about a week ago I was able to manage my mobile account with the MySky App on my phone. I could view the data usage of my sims and move data from my piggybank. This ability abrupty disappeared with no explanation.
After reinstalling the MySky App twice as recommended by the online chat help, nothing has changed, I get a lame answer that the server must be down...but for a week?
I don't seem to be able to manage my account from the Sky Homepage either, when I click on the Manage button, I am redirected to the previous page despite signing in with my SkyID correctly.
Any fix advice greatly appreciated.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
