I recently had dealings with ExpressUnlocks. To cut a long story short they are threatening to blacklist my phone. Is this possible?

Find out more@Runtle As far as im aware the only people who can request a device be blacklisted are a customer(you), a network provider or legal authoroties, however without further information on why expressunlocks are threatening that action its impossible to tell if they would have a legal right to do so.

Thanks for that daveNOS I foolishly made 2 payments to these people for a phone unlock. After complaining to my credit card company they have agreed to refund my money but say that there is a dispute fee . If I don't pay the fee they say that they will blacklist my phone to render it unusable.
Think they are con merchants and hope they don't ever catch anyone else out.

I'm in the same situation. Did you end up paying those fraudsters the fee? Is your phone still working?
