sky mobile sim activating issue

I have recently ordered two sky sims one being unlimited and the other 100gb data however when I try and do the linking sky ID to activate details do not match when I do the account number method or card number method, checked details on mysky and they are correct but saying do not match so I am at a brick wall for activating sim card and I need to know the numbers and which is which to transfer numbers over.

Using a different phone if you give Sky a call tromorrow then they should be able to help you with this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
