Hello there,

I have been notified that my Sky Mobile SIM contract ends on 14 February 2024.

If I want to transfer my number with another provider when am I supposed to ask the STAC code to initiate the process?

It is a Pac code you need from Sky if which you then give to your new network and you can do that on the 14th if yo want as the number should then be transferred within the next day or so.
