Ordered new phone

I have ordered a new iPhone 16 with sim on 21st December and still haven't received it? 
Also when I go on the sky app I can't track my order as it says I haven't got one but have got an email to confirm it 

 

Can you please let me know when I will be receiving it thanks again

You're not contacting Sky posting here.  It's a customer helps customer forum.

 

You may well have to call Sky if your tracking isn't working.
