Sim card delivery

No si New sim card had not arrived. Spent an hour on work phone being pushed from pillar to post and finally agreed to send new one on 28th Dec which yes you've guessed it no sign of it. Have not had a service for a month now

@mazdarx  Given the christmas post if it was only sent yesterday (Saturday) it will take at least a week to arrive.  It could never be next day and certainly not on a Sunday.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The sim cards are sent by Royal Mail so if one was ordered for you yesterday than at the very least you are looking at a few days before it should arrive but given the fact it is the weekend and the New Year it could take a little longer.
