I set up and activated my new sky SIM and was told that my old number would automatically move with me. Then I got an email saying the number transfer has been paused. This means nobody can contact me and my data hasn't been switched on either. Tried the automated help and online bots, followed all the steps but they were no help and when I try to contact customer support, the number sky gave to contact them says the number is incorrect. Not sure what to do now.

Hi.
Sorry, don't know what a PAC is. I was a pay as you go customer with EIR and so never had a contract or anything.

I've just been onto my Eir account and there is a PUK number. Is that it? Also if so who do I send it to?
