Long tone in middle of phone call

When I am on a phone call I randomly get a long tone happen and I can barely hear the person talking. It lasts around 10 seconds. It doesn't happen on every call.

Does anyone know why this is happening. 

 

I have a Samsung galaxy s22+

How long into the call does the tone sound?

It can be any time in the call

Do you have call waiting enabled?

Is any notification shown at the time of the tone?

Call waiting is disabled and there are no notifications at all at the time of the call
