Sky mobile signal pap

signal is so awful when I'm out an about i get little to no Internet its so bad I'm definitely not renewing my contract again. The sky engineer said its because o2 have had to get rid of all the Huawei hardware on there masts an it has upgraded to new tech. Does anyone else have this problem I'm in the  Telford area Shropshire... but to be honest it's pretty pap where ever I go
