New phone transferring to e sim

Followed instructions and get a 'whoops' error message and suggestion to  try again later......

Then it has a sim slot so you can put the sim from your old phone in it. Only iphone 14s purchased in the USA are esim only.

Can you explain what you are trying to do so for example are you trying to transfer a number that is currently on another network to Sky ?

Thanks.  I have new phone, purchased from sky and have transferred all the files/apps etc from old phone to new phone.  This was done automatically by having the phones next to each other.  The only thing that still needs attention is the sim.....old phone had a physical sim but new phone (14) does not.

Hi @thistle2075  the iPhone 14 from sky has a SIM card slot so just put your old sim in the new phone.
