My phone says that call forwarding is in operation but I can't disable it.

My phone says calls are being forwarded to a number I don't recognise. My wife has had difficulty phoning me.

Divert all calls:

1. Dial *2 1* then the number you want your calls diverted to.
2. Press # and you'll hear a confirmation message, followed by a high-pitched tone.

I am having the same problem, the number appears to be being firwarded to the sky voicemail number that you call when abroad.
