Mobile phone bill issues

I have just sent this to sky (not really expecting a reply but you have to hope)

 

Dear Sir, having been a loyal customer for over 12 years now I am considering cancelling my Sky Mobile Bill account (I will still use my phone as will my wife use hers). My reason for doing this is that maybe it will prompt Sky to sort out my billing issues. I have tried unsuccessfully to get you to show my billing, been passed on to all and sundry, everyone promising to get it sorted, forms filled in and submitted by whoever I talked to on the phone. Nothing has changed. Every time I attempt to get mobile billing information your web page directs me to your generic sales page. I really do like my phone and the service you have provided over the years, I do not wish to change it. I really need help not false promises.

 

On another issue the information you hold on me is also wrong. I no longer have the land line numbered [Removed].

 

It would also seem that you are holding 3 email addresses on me. 

 

The 3 addresses deleted by me.

 

Can we not consolidate them into one usable account.

Although you are not talking directly to Sky here we can put you in touch with them if you want via their messaging team which is based on here so would you like to give this a try ?

Thanks for your reply. I have talked and talked with Sky untill the cows come home. All I get are false promises.

I would advise you talk to the forum escalation team.  Otherwise, there's nothing else us other customers here can do...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks, Sky sent me an email, asked for information but I am not holding my breath. I will use the Forum option when the last offer fails, which I think it will.

Many thanks for the help. Still no resolution as the "Specialist Team" are supposedly working on it. On the verge of giving up. But that is not your fault.

Well still waiting for the "Special Team" to action my issues. Thanks to all that have sent me information and links but nothing has happened. I am now seriously considering taking legal action as no one seems to want to help.

Sarah, been there,  I cannot open the account for my phone. It keeps saying my account is locked. This has been going on since February. IT NEEDS SOMEONE FROM SKY TO ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY HAVE PROMISSED. sorry for shouting. The team looking into this have done absolutly nothing. I have phoned, emailed and shouted. Still nothing. Time to see a solicitor me thinks.
