mobile data currently not working as normal.
Says my mobile data is on, and I have full network coverage and that I've not run out of data although it is not working when trying to go into apps and load things unless I'm on a phonecall which is very strange.
Reset my network settings, checked my SIM card, turned my phone off and on, added more data, issue still not resolved. Need urgent help.

If I switch to 3G it works but not 4G or 5G.

I'm IV3 in Inverness. It just says Internet may be slower than normal in the area.. it hasn't worked at all for me all night. If I turn WiFi off it just doesn't connect to my data.. will try turning 5G off though and see. Thanks

Thank you!! Yes mine works on 3g but not 4 or 5 either. For some reason the last few months if I try and purchase something from playstore or on a game it will only let me do it if my WiFi is off.. don't know why. So thanks for that!!

My data also not working. Tried all the troubleshooting and its still not working. Based in Belfast & the coverage checker shows its all good. Ive plenty of data and it shows as being on just nothing working

I am in glenrothes and me nor my kids have any sky internet using mobile data since 25th jan. Yet on sky app says everythings fine

My data has been off since half 9 last night done the service status checking I'm in Glasgow says it's working no it isn't lol. Done every single instruction to fix the problem still no data!!

Same issue here. I'm in Glenrothes and been like this since the 25th January. I work in St Andrews and almost didn't get home as my bus pass on phone failed to load. I check my sons phone and his is the same.

This is also happening to me, I'm living just outside Cork in Ireland. Very frustrating as there is good coverage in my area, the current infrastructure it uses is the Vodafone network so not sure whether Sky's bandwidth is deliberately reduced.
I have tried all troubleshooting advice per Sky's website and helpline with no luck this past week, I may switch back to my old network if it is not sorted this week!
