Sky won’t fix phone
pretty lengthy story here, but first off we brought an IPhone 16 pro for Christmas from sky, within 2 days it stopped reading sim cards, it took.. an entire month and a bit and 3 different phone calls to get sky to send out a replacement sim (since that's what we believed the issue was) eventually we got the new sim, it still didn't read it.
So we call sky again, they say we need to send it for repair, or that we can make it quicker and take it to the Apple Store, we choose to take it to the store,
we take the phone in, the man is preparing all the details, then says it's been marked as lost/stolen by sky and therefore they can't do anything with it.
we call sky again, this time demanding to talk to an higher up, this time we agree to send the phone off for repairs, so we do that, we get the package they sent, etc, pack it up and send it, it arrived today, and at 8pm today I get an email stating it can't be repaired because we "sent the wrong phone" we certainly did bloody not.
I'm just kind of at a loss at this point and also worried, we'll be calling again tomorrow but after this many screw ups, I'm doubting it will ever get fixed at this point, and we still owe well over 1500+ on the bloody phone currently.

I would fill in this form to register a complaint as clearly something is a miss here with the lost/stolen/wrong phone issue.
