I have received my new phone today and put my old sim in it but it’s not working

I have received a new phone today. I put my existing SIM in it but it's not connecting to the Sky network. Why?

Have you requested that the network settings are sent to your new phone ?

 

This should be what you need to do:


Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
