Sky Sports Live on phone

Hi, 

I have the full sky sports package through Virgin TV. 
i can login to the sky sports app on my ipad through virgin and watch any of the sports channels. 
for some reason i can't on my Iphone. I login exactly the same way and get the message: 

"Video unavailable, a problem was encountered please try again later" 

i have tried logging out and logging in, deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing has worked. 
any help would be appreciated as it's driving me mad!

I am with Virgin, but it's an issue with the Sky Sports app and doesn't seem to be anything to do with Virgin as far as i can tell.

Your Sky sports subscription is being taken through Virgin so any issues at all with your ability to view Sky sports needs to be taken up with Virgin as it is likely related to the information Virgin is passing over to Sky.

And this is a place where Sky customers help each other so your issue could be an account related issue of which nobody here can help you with. You need to speak to Virgin about this via their help forum.
