Has anybody else had this problem? On the app or website it won't let me manage my mobile device or manage sim it just comes up with sorry there has been a problem please try again later? I have had this issue for over a year and I have spoke to sky over 10 times and they always say there is nothing wrong on there end it's really annoying me now I can't see my upgrade options or change my data plan.
