Sky sports app on my lap top - gets an error code VGC-

When I select a channel on the sky app on my lap top it runs for about 5seconds then I get a blank screen and error code 

VGC-

I am a paid up sky customer, it runs fine on my second lap top.

Have turned off all the open programs

Cleared the cache

Bit frustrated

Do you have the Windows Snipping tool open, if so try closing it.
