Remote recording is in the Sky Go app. The Sky+ app hasn't been supported for well over a year.

What are you actually trying to do.
Even though the Sky+ app is not supported it is still possible to use it to set recording and downloads.

Hi. The app is up to date but it says - 'no service, try again later'.
I was trying to set the sky + box up to record a rugby match as we were out.
Sky CS said because the box is no longer supported

That sounds like it could be an issue with the internet connection on the device.
