I had MySky App on my android but it suddenly stopped working. I deleted and tried to reinstall only to be told it's not compatible with my phone. The minimum requirements state it needs OS 8 and yet I can download apps requiring OS9.

According to my phone it does have the minimum requirements.

I'm a new sky customer, navigating all the emails etc. Trying to download the my sky app. But my Samsung A12 not compatible. Have not issues with other app or sky go. Its had the latest software update! Does this mean no vip access etc

Mysky app android on version 15 will not download onto phone version 13 no problem

my sky app has suddenly stopped working uninstalled it now it states not available for this device have you updated
my phone is a samsung a15 which i bought of sky why would you sell me a phone which is incompatable with the app

Not yet but am having email exchanges with Sky on the issue.

My issue with this has now been resolved. Advised to restart my phone and try downloading again. Although I tried this several times yesterday and it didn't work, today it has done. Sky help desk think it may have been an issue with Play Store.

It's an issue with One UI 5.1. Sky need to update the app to fix it. Sky app works over mobile data but not WiFi.
