Just added Netflix to my account and it plays fine .
However when I downloaded the App on my IPad the Netflix app does not recognise my sign in details.
contacted Netflix and they could not even find my details !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the agent said I need a service code so they can help out.
Any suggestions would be great.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWho are you paying for Netflix, do you have it via the Ultimate package with Sky because you need one of either Netflix Standard or Premium so you can use your Sky login details on other devices like your iPad as you can see here:
Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

It says Netflix ultimate Tv add on ....... I was sure it said it could be watched on two devices.
So confusing !!!!!!!

I have the signature package along with HD ....... so I assumed it was the right deal.
