Sky Sports App not working on MacBook Air

Logging in via Virgin Media. App not working when choosing to watch a football match.

See screenshot.

 

Works on mobile but not on Mac.

Is the snipping tool closed ?

 

If it is then whilst it might be the Sky Sports app you are using this will need reporting to Virgin as you are a customer of theirs and not of Sky.

When I try to log in as a virgin media user i get this 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access on this server.
