Screen juddering on log in

whenever i try to log into my sky account the screen judders and i am unable to lg in. has anybody else suffered from this and what is a possible solution. Thanks.

Hey there! 
Try clearing the cache and try different browser to login in Sky app. If the issue still persists, contact the sky support.
