Sky VIP Shows & Attractions - it keeps saying my email is already registered

Hello

 

I'm hoping someone can please help me with this!

 

I've been trying to register for Sky VIP shows & attractions (draws) but the app keeps indicating that I've already registered.

 

The thing is I haven't registered at all.

 

The message displayed is also different in style in comparison to my sibling's notification which shows that they've  already registered (which is true).


I contacted the relevant Sky VIP email address; their advice was to switch my phone on & off & to check for app updates.

 

I've done that & even deleted the app & downloaded it again but I'm still getting the same message.

 

Please can someone help?

FYI

  • The notification I see is in red at the top of the page, saying "The email address you entered is already registered."

 

  • Whilst if my sibling registers for an event it shows in a green box indicating the date when she successfully registered for the event.
