Hello
I'm hoping someone can please help me with this!
I've been trying to register for Sky VIP shows & attractions (draws) but the app keeps indicating that I've already registered.
The thing is I haven't registered at all.
The message displayed is also different in style in comparison to my sibling's notification which shows that they've already registered (which is true).
I contacted the relevant Sky VIP email address; their advice was to switch my phone on & off & to check for app updates.
I've done that & even deleted the app & downloaded it again but I'm still getting the same message.
Please can someone help?

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
