I've just switched from Virgin Media to Sky. I've set up Sky Stream on my main television and the broadband etc. is working. However, I can't access Sky Sports on my mobile (iphone) App. When I try and sign in with my new login details I'm met with a message that says, "An unexpected error has occured". I've deleted the App and reinstalled it - but I get the same message when trying to log in. Any ideas on how I get access?
