How do i get pin for reward mastercard

Is these reward credit cards a rip off? Can't get pin on the website they say to use and can't use it for online purchases

@Neil3 n You need to contact the card issuer which is edenred https://www.edenred.co.uk/en/reward-recipients/prepaid-cards/incentive-award-card/

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Card says its issued by transact payments Ltd.  Tried that 1 and enter details and get blank screen
